2 cups of whole milk

1 to 2 tsps of sugar

2oz of milk chocolate, chopped

2oz of dark chocolate, chopped

Dark chocolate for garnish

 

Boozy Option:

1 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream

1 oz of Peppermint Schnapps

Directions:

Heat milk and sugar until hot, but not boiling

Add chocolates and let slowly melt into the milk

Serve hot and add whipped cream

Add polar bear to the top

If you are adding the alcohol, add it first to the cup, then add the hot chocolate ​

 

Whipped cream:

2 cups of heavy whipping cream

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsps of sugar

 

Beat all together until stiff peaks form

We put ours in a piping bag and made disks and then put them in the freezer on wax paper for an hour to harden.
