Hot chocolate, also known as drinking chocolate, cocoa, and as chocolate tea in Nigeria, is a heated drink consisting of shaved chocolate, melted chocolate or cocoa powder, heated milk or water, and usually a sweetener. Hot chocolate may be topped with whipped cream or marshmallows.
Creamy Hot Chocolate Recipe

Enjoy our delicious creamy homemade hot chocolate with real chocolate and homemade whipped cream. A perfect way to enjoy a cold night!
Recipe
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 to 2 tsps of sugar
2oz of milk chocolate, chopped
2oz of dark chocolate, chopped
Dark chocolate for garnish (optional)

Heat milks and sugar until hot, but not boiling
Add chocolates and let slowly melt into the milk
Serve hot and add whipped cream to the top

Whip cream:
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsps of sugar
Beat all together until stiff peaks form
