Bulletproof Coffee

Experience the most satisfying cup of coffee you've ever had that suppresses hunger and gives you steady lasting energy. Have this coffee as your breakfast and stay full for hours!

Recipe

  1. 1. Brew 1 cup (8-12 ounces) of coffee using filtered water with 2 ½ heaping tablespoons of freshly ground Bulletproof Coffee Beans. Use a French Press for ease of use and to preserve beneficial coffee oils that paper filters keep out.

  2. 1 to 2 tablespoons of grass-fed, unsalted butter or 1-2 teaspoons of Grass-Fed Ghee (for those who can’t tolerate dairy). We used Kery  silver butter.

  3. 1 Tbsp of coconut oil or 1 to 2 Tbsps of Brain Octane Oil

  4. Mix it all in a blender for 20-30 seconds until it looks like a foamy latte.

 

Optional:

Add some vanilla extract and cinnamon on top
