Recipe

Bruschetta Recipe:

5 Tomatoes of your choice (We used vine ripened)
1 to 6 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/4 cup of chopped Basil (no stems)
1/8 cup of olive oil
1/8 cup of balsamic (we doubled our balsamic)
salt and pepper to taste
I french baguette sliced into toast pieces

Instructions:

chop tomatoes, garlic, basil and add to a bowl

Add olive oil and balsamic

Add salt and pepper to taste
